950 theoretical and 10 practical tests for driving license


A senior lady (68) of S. Korea has finally been successful in obtaining her permission to drive a car on her own. I was a tough enterprise. After having spent thousands of dollars ($6.5k) in fees for theoretical and practical tests, she got the license she had longed for.
