First entry to Schengen zone means declaring valuables


To declare or not to declare that's the imperative. If you enter the Schengen zone from abroad (outside Schengen) you have got to declare valuable items to entry country's customs. A female Austrian violinist was on transit to Rotterdam (NL) via Zurich (CH). Her carry-on luggage was a €4,5m '1741 Guarneri del Gesù violin'.
